Fast-breaking thermoadherent cationic bituminous emulsion in which the original binder is a chemically modified bitumen with Elaster type elastomer polymers. Complies with the specifications set out in Article 214 of the General Technical Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (PG -3) and those contained in standard UNE 13808:2013/1 M: 2014 for a C 60 BP 3 TER type emulsion.
You can use it in high-performance adhesion under wearing course.
