Organizational: measures adopted that alter normal practices at work in order to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 include restricting travel, meetings and face-to-face training sessions.
Individual behavior: measures adopted by individuals to limit the spread of COVID-19, such as following hygiene recommendations.
Fuel distribution—discharge operations at our customers' premises: measures adopted to prevent the spread of the virus include maintaining a safe distance people, the use of gloves and handling as few elements as possible.
In addition, in line with the company’s work-life balance strategy, we have implemented a series of measures such as flexible working hours and teleworking for our staff, following the recommendations of the health authorities. We will continue to constantly monitor the development of the situation in order to ensure an adequate response for protecting health, guaranteeing supply and slowing the spread of the virus.
